Molly Bennett
Name: Molly Bennett
Education (College/Degree): BFA in Acting, Minors in Musical Theatre and Arts and Cultural Management (Michigan State University)
Chess/Tutoring/Childcare Experience: I have 5+ nannying/childcare experience and 2 years full time teaching experience, specializing in preschool (ages 3-4).
Why You’re Excited to Teach Chess at Three: I enjoy nurturing students' enthusiasm for learning and developing critical life skills. I am an avid reader and story enthusiast who believes that the best way to learn and connect with others is through creativity and play. Chess at Three is a perfect blend of all of these interests and I am eager to guide students in their understanding of chess and an active imagination.
Interests Outside of Chess: I love music, movies, and exploring new places. I spend most of my time reading and going to museums in the city, but throw in seeing as many shows as I can! I have spent the past 4 years living abroad, teaching and traveling. I spent as much time as I could learning new languages and meeting people from all around the world.
